Easy Integration Interface with other Software application like ERP of Case Management 2.It should meeti 21 CFR Compliance 11 nedd(it is a regulatory body to verify document digitization) 3. Auto Archiving should be part of DMS to take schedule backups 4. Reporting tool must be integrated for management review. 5. Strong Audit Trail Require( who , when, what etc) these are few Major features which should be in DMS.
