Actually, CCH's ATX product is experiencing problems of the same magnitude. I have been an ATX user for about 14 years
and while ATX usually has problems for the first 2 or 3 weeks of January, there are hundreds of users that can't install, update or rollover prior years returns. I haven't
renewed yet, because I'm waiting to see if ATX can get their
rewritten program to be even work.
