I don't know how Morrill is getting good support! We have been with Taxwise for 16 years. I email...no reponse. I chat...and get a message they are not available. I call...I'm on hold for more than an hour and they say it's on the next update. I can't get the updates unless I bring my tech guy in everyday becuase the updater switches off everyday. I don't mind waiting for fixes but if you are not going to communicate with me there is something more than just a couple bugs!
