Well said Edi, as always.
All that you point to can be illustrated by understanding what employees are looking for:
(1)They want to be respected
(2)They want to learn and grow
(3)They want to feel like an insider
(4)They want to do work that is meaningful
(5)They want to be on a winning team
Leadership skills partners need to meet these needs (in order) and build an environment where people want to do their best:
(1)Have people skills that build trust
(2)Have coaching and mentoring skills
(3)Be inclusive
(4)Align team with Purpose, Vision & Values
(5)Build a high performing team
The outcomes of these behavior skills (in order)are:
(1)Basic level of employee engagement
(2)More talented skillful employees
(3)Employees that feel emotionally connected
(4)Increased commitment and engagement
(5)Passionate employees
I believe I have heard you say that, "If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the client and keep them raving fans" which keeps the succession plan intact and growing.
