The upgrade feature I am most interested in is the ability to manage my client files, usernames, & passwords. Too many times I must determine what version of the client file. Over the years I have installed on my computer QuickBooks for as far back as 2002. With some clients refussing to upgrade, I must juggle the files with catch as catch can information. For me the ability to manage all client files with one program is important. Also the sync with Outlook contact database is very important.
